Thank you for choosing ThinkTodo (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "we"). Before using the App, please read and understand this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and ThinkTodo regarding the use of the App's services.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

1.1 By registering, logging in, or using the App, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of this Agreement.

1.2 If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using the App immediately.

1.3 We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The modified Agreement will be published within the App, and continued use of the App shall be deemed as acceptance of the modified Agreement.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Account Registration

• You can register an account via email or Apple ID
• You should provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
• You should properly keep your account password and be responsible for all activities under your account
• If you find that your account has been stolen, you should notify us immediately

2.2 Account Usage Standards

• One account is for one user only; account sharing is prohibited
• Using others' accounts or impersonating others is prohibited
• Maliciously registering a large number of accounts is prohibited
• Buying, selling, or transferring accounts is prohibited

3. Service Content

3.1 Basic Services (Free)

• Task creation and management
• Basic AI task breakdown (3 times daily, 10 times monthly)
• Local task templates
• Basic statistics

3.2 Paid Services

• Pro: More AI usage (50 times daily, 200 times monthly)
• Premium: Unlimited AI usage
• Lifetime: One-time purchase, permanent use

4. User Conduct Standards

4.1 When using the App, you should comply with relevant laws and regulations and must not:

• Publish illegal, violent, pornographic, fraudulent, or other inappropriate information
• Infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights
• Spread computer viruses or conduct network attacks
• Use the App for any illegal or criminal activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App
• Use cheats, plugins, or other third-party tools

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content of the App, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, programs, and layout design, is protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property laws and regulations.

5.2 Without our written permission, you may not copy, distribute, display, mirror, upload, or download any content of the App.

5.3 You own the intellectual property rights to the task content you create in the App, but you grant us the right to use such content to the extent necessary to provide services.

6. Privacy Protection

6.1 We value your privacy protection. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

6.2 We promise not to sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties, unless:

• We have obtained your explicit authorization
• Required by laws and regulations
• Required by judicial or administrative authorities
• To protect our or other users' legitimate rights and interests

7. Paid Services

7.1 Purchase and Payment

• Paid services are purchased through the Apple App Store
• Prices are subject to those displayed in the App Store
• Services take effect immediately after successful payment

7.2 Refund Policy

• Subscription services follow the Apple App Store's refund policy
• Lifetime purchases do not support refunds unless there are technical issues preventing use
• For refunds, please contact Apple customer service or our support email

7.3 Auto-Renewal

• Monthly subscriptions will auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• You can manage subscriptions and cancel auto-renewal in iOS Settings

8. Disclaimer

8.1 The App provides services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding timeliness, security, or accuracy.

8.2 We are not responsible for the following situations:

• Service interruptions due to force majeure
• Service interruptions due to technical reasons such as network or equipment failures
• Losses due to user's own reasons (such as password leakage, device loss, etc.)
• Issues caused by third-party service failures (such as Apple services, AI services)

9. Service Changes and Termination

9.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time without prior notice.

9.2 If you violate this Agreement, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

9.3 You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

10.2 If any dispute arises regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, both parties should resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court where we are located.
